What you’ll experience at the Woven Conference
-
Drawing from her work in children's ministry and her own journey of rethinking inherited beliefs, Meredith will explore what it looks like to pass on a faith that is rooted in love, resilient through change, and honest about doubt.
Her sessions will invite both parents and ministry leaders to move beyond performance-based religion and toward something more life-giving and lasting—for ourselves and for those we lead.
-
Our workshops are designed to be practical, inspiring, and rooted in real-life ministry and faith experiences. Whether you're leading a church, parenting kids, or simply longing for a deeper spiritual life, these sessions have something for you.
Topics will include:
Leadership that Listens – leading with empathy, authenticity, and resilience in a changing church culture
Church that Feels Like Home – practical tools for revitalizing congregations and creating welcoming, intergenerational communities
Spiritual Formation that Lasts – rethinking discipleship for all ages in a way that nurtures depth, curiosity, and connection
Each workshop is led by thoughtful practitioners who understand both the challenges and the opportunities of shaping a more vibrant, honest, and hopeful Church.

We’ll kick things off at 8:30 AM with a light breakfast and time to settle in before the morning session begins. From there, you'll move into engaging workshops, take a break for lunch, enjoy more afternoon workshops, and wrap up the day with a thoughtful closing session.

Entrance to all sessions and workshops
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day
A book of your choice by one of our featured speakers (selected during registration)
It’s a full day—but a good one. Register today to be refreshed, challenged, and encouraged.

If you’re a parent navigating faith, questions, and the weight of raising kids in today’s world—this night is for you.
Join us Friday evening for a special pre-conference gathering just for parents, featuring an intimate conversation with Meredith Miller and Kelsey Kramer McGinnis. This will be a relaxed, encouraging space to listen, ask questions, and connect with others walking a similar path.
You’ll leave with insight, solidarity, and maybe even a little more grace for yourself.
Childcare will be provided—so you can show up fully, without distraction.
